While I was waiting for work, I came up with 20 different 'one-shot' compositions based on an idea, environment or feeling I felt in that moment. Each composition is a snippet of my style, based on simple musical concepts or ideas. A lot of my unfinished work is on here to present my shorter ideas and composition process.

I wrote this idea on my guitar first before I fleshed it out into a small chamber piece. I wanted to recreate the feeling of the 'bumbling brook' and introspection. The piece is in ABA form to reflect Brook's cyclical nature.Â
